RISE MUAY THAI
A high-energy, instructor-led class that builds skill, confidence, and conditioning through structured Muay Thai combinations. You'll develop technique while working at pace improving endurance, coordination, and fight flow every session.

FORGE
Build strength that lasts. A focused strength and conditioning class designed to develop power, control and resilience. Using a mix of free weights, resistance bands and functional equipment, FORGE builds strength that complements your Muay Thai and supports stronger, more powerful movement.

RISE PERFORMANCE
A dynamic blend of Muay Thai and conditioning. Expect to move between combinations on the bag, cardio machines, and weighted work building endurance, strength, and the ability to sustain effort under fatigue.

PAD LAB
Where skills meet precision. A partner-based class where you'll hold and hit pads, learning how to apply combinations with timing, control and connection. With coach guidance throughout, you'll build confidence working with others and develop a deeper understanding of footwork, range, movement and flow.

RISE UNITED
A signature RISE session where our women bring someone into the gym - partner, friend, or family - male or female - and train side by side. This is a coached Muay Thai and conditioning session built around connection, energy and shared effort. Expect partner-based drills, simple combinations, and structured rounds designed to challenge you while keeping it accessible for all levels. Whether it's their first time or not, RISE United is about stepping onto the mats together, lifting the standard, and experiencing what RISE is all about.

RESTORE
A guided mobility and stretch session designed to support your training. Led by an experienced practitioner, you'll move through targeted release and flexibility work to improve movement, reduce tightness, and help your body recover.
